Will my drivers license in a new state show my full driving record?

I do not know my old drivers license numbers…I have lived in 3 states over 5 years. No, you’re driving record is not carried over from state to state because when they issue points, it relates to a certain jurisdiction and will not be relevant to out of state citations. BUT, if something is fishy, or the cop is trying to dig up dirt on you, he can easily find out what state you were living in previously and call them or use their onboard computer to request any background information from other state police. But for them to search outside of their own state records is not typical protocol unless you piss him off
