How can i get drivers from a flash drive to a computer without a properly working OS on the machine?

Joe asked:

The drivers are a broadcom and Conexant drivers. I need to get them from my flash drive to the computer from system startup because the computer needs an internet connection to finish windows server 2003 installation. Unfortunately I can’t finish the install without upgrading my NIC card’s drivers.

Use the Windows disc to boot to setup again then go to the Recovery Console. From there you can copy the files to the hard drive.
